The indicated measurements are approximate and may show slight variations.
3. Prices
All prices listed in the store are expressed in Peruvian soles (S/).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of completing a purchase will be honored.
4. Payment methods
The available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
Depending on the selected option, payment may be processed via Mercado Pago, Yape, or other methods enabled in the store.
A purchase is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been validated.
5. Proof of payment
All purchases made at Angelina Vidale are issued with a sales receipt .
The receipt will be issued with the information provided by the customer during the purchase process.
The sales slip is the appropriate document for sales to final consumers and is also used by taxpayers enrolled in the NRUS.
6. Shipping and pickup
The available options will be displayed during checkout and may include:
- pickup arranged in advance;
- motorcycle courier in Lima;
- Olva Courier;
- Shalom or other authorized logistics operators.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond Angelina Vidale's control.
When the method indicates “payment at destination” or “shipping payable upon delivery,” the transportation cost shall be borne directly by the buyer.
7. Order preparation
The order will be prepared once payment is confirmed.
For made-to-order products or those with limited availability, the preparation time may differ and will be communicated in advance.
8. Exchanges and returns
If you receive a product with an issue, please contact Angelina Vidale within the timeframe specified in our Exchange and Return Policy, attaching photographs and the order number.

9. Information provided by the client
The buyer is responsible for correctly entering her contact details and address.
Angelina Vidale will not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during the purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The photographs, designs, texts, visual identity, logos, and other content of Angelina Vidale belong to the brand or are used with authorization.
Reproducing, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior authorization is not permitted.
11. Complaints Book
Angelina Vidale makes a virtual complaints log available to its customers, in accordance with Peruvian consumer protection regulations.
In Peru, suppliers selling via websites must provide a virtual complaints log accessible from the sales platform itself. Claims and complaints must be addressed within the applicable legal timeframe.
